iBEAT V2.0: Infant Brain Extraction and Analysis Toolbox

国内用户,请翻墙才能提交任务。

The number of cases each user can submit daily is now limited to 10 subjects in order to share our limited computational resources between all users. This evaluation version of iBEAT Cloud is free for non-commercial and non-medical purposes. Please contact li_wang@med.unc.edu and gang_li@med.unc.edu for processing large amount of data. We are looking for collaboration to evaluate and further improve our platform, so please contact us with any feedback.

You must upload an anonymized and compressed zip file.

For 3 months < age < 18 months, we recommend to submit both T1w and T2w, for a better tissue segmentation.

  1. In the zip file, subjects with both T1w and T2w should be named as:

subject-1-T1w.nii
subject-1-T2w.nii
subject-2-T1w.nii
subject-2-T2w.nii

...

2. For cases with one single modality (e.g., T1w), they should be named as:

subject-1-T1w.nii
subject-2-T1w.nii
...

If you have not received any results within 1 week, please kindly let us know.
